PET iCHIP Implantation Training With Pasig City Veterinary Services Department

August 2, 2022 – As part of the Rabies Control and eradication program of the City of Pasig, the City Veterinary Services Department underwent training in implantation and simulation for the smooth implementation of the RFID Pet Microchipping project. PET-iCHIP is a permanent and tamper-proof identification device that is widely used to identify lost pets and prevents mis-identity.

Peachy, a rescued dog is now up for adoption after having been implanted with PET-iCHIP by Dra. Cely Uy of Pasig City Veterinary Services Department.
